This includes finding or developing innovative technologies to optimize and digitalize HR processes, ensuring efficient global operations and maintaining competitiveness. 

My IPEM studies provided a solid foundation in technical and economic understanding, helping me grasp diverse interests and work analytically, across disciplines, and solution oriented. This knowledge enables me to manage products and innovation for HR software solutions effectively.

Johannes Kronreif 

Head of Design Offroad at KTM 

I provide technical guidance to project teams, review solutions, and manage the budget for our department and innovation projects. I lead and support my design teams, focusing on improving development processes for greater efficiency. Additionally, I drive the development of new technologies and innovations to ensure our off-road motorcycles stay at the forefront of performance and design.

IPEM enhanced my technical knowledge, connecting it with product development, costing, and quality management. The innovation management and creativity techniques have been invaluable, enabling me as Head of Design to lead my team effectively and drive innovation.
