They require innovation, product & engineering managers who find ideas tailored to customer requirements, evaluate and select them correctly, and support their successful implementation. Their work is the key to success, and their creative minds are therefore in great demand in companies. Project Based Learning at IPEM

Right from the start, you'll engage in real-world projects, tackling actual company challenges. Throughout your studies, you'll gain essential skills and knowledge, culminating in a sixth-semester internship at your chosen company. This experience allows you to work closely with potential future colleagues and demonstrate your capabilities. Many of our graduates successfully secure their first job through this immersive internship program.

Over six semesters, you can develop your innovative idea. Our experts and coaches will help you find the perfect business model and build the first prototype. Then, in a 'Shark Tank'-style pitch, you'll present your project to a distinguished jury and gain invaluable feedback.

We organize frequent excursions and field trips to prominent companies, innovative start-ups, up-and-coming coworking spaces or research institutions. In addition, our courses are also held at external locations such as the Startrampe in the Tabakfabrik.
