Lecture hall sponsorship/room sponsorship

Intensify your profile among students, staff and guests of the university through lecture hall sponsorship and brand a room of your choice with your company!

Our offer

• A lecture hall/seminar room/EDP room will be named after your company.
• Your logo will be displayed at the entrances to the room.
• Labeling of the lecture hall/seminar room with your logo/advertising using one of the following options:
• Narrow logo strip on a wall
• A0 posters if a narrow logo strip does not fit in the specific room
• Stickers on folding chairs (possible in HS I.1, HS I.2, HS I.3, HS I.4, HS I.5, HS II.3, HS II.4)
• Acoustic cubes (possible in SR I.2, SR I.3, SR I.5, SR I.6, EDV I.1, EDV I.2, EDV I.3)
• Window stickers (possible in HS II.2)
• An exhibit from your company
• Use of the respective room for an internal company event once a year
• Placement of a "News" article on our website
• Large company profile on our career platform Career Zone
• Early booking option for the Steyr career fair

Our offer

Lecture Hall Sponsoring PLUS includes the following in addition to the basic Lecture Hall Sponsoring package:

• Company quote and/or job advertisement on the 15 internal university screens (info screens) at our Steyr locations (broadcast several times over 4 weeks per year after consultation with Marketing): Click here to book the digital poster
• Information stand on campus (1x per semester)
• Guarantee of a stand at the Steyr careers fair
• Reduced price for participation in the Steyr careers fair (€ 1,000 instead of the normal price of € 1,490)

General conditions

• The minimum term for lecture hall sponsorship is three years. Existing partners have the option to extend their sponsorship. It is possible to start sponsoring at the beginning of the semester.
• Payment is made annually for the duration of the contract. A one-off payment is also possible on request.
• There is no industry exclusivity for lecture hall sponsorship. The FH Upper Austria Campus Steyr will be happy to work with you to find a suitable lecture hall/seminar room in our 3 campus buildings.
• The sponsor bears the costs for the advertising equipment. We are happy to assist you with the organization of your advertising media.
• The maximum size of the signs depends on the available space. The signs and other advertising media must fit in with the overall appearance of the respective space without compromising the sponsor's legitimate interest in the most effective advertising possible.
• The contract template comes from the FH Upper Austria.
• A donation benefit is available.
