Graduates take on a variety of management roles in areas such as human resources, organization and process management, finance and controlling, as well as quality management or marketing. They apply their expertise in social and healthcare institutions, cities and municipalities, state and federal administrations, public enterprises, interest groups, social insurance organizations, associations, and more. For example, they work in societal fields such as health and social services, education, mobility, environment and nature, culture and leisure, economy and labor market, or regional development. Additional roles include assistant positions, leadership roles in smaller and medium-sized organizations, or team management. This work is thus meaningful and value-creating!

The Sozialplattform Oberösterreich is a network of over 40 social organizations in Upper Austria. The Bachelor’s degree in Social, Public, and Nonprofit Management represents a crucial training and education resource for our member organizations' current and future employees. The social sector needs individuals with a comprehensive management understanding tailored to the specificities of the nonprofit sector. It is exciting to see the recent adjustments made to the curriculum: topics that concern social organizations in their daily work, such as digitalization and sustainability strategies, are now increasingly integrated into the bachelor's program.
