State of the Art and Trends in Non-Profit and Public Management: Through coaching by experts from academia and practice, students acquire industry-specific know-how at the master's level in small groups.

For our students, it is particularly important to immediately apply their theoretical knowledge in practice. Through independent projects for non-profit organizations and public institutions, they test this knowledge transfer during their studies. The Master's program in MNP also supports students in deepening their specific interests and inclinations. Various elective modules allow for individual specialization in this regard.

After completing the program, MNP graduates possess a comprehensive understanding of management in non-profit organizations and the public sector, thus being optimally prepared for their future challenges as leaders.
