The acquired management competencies enable graduates to assume leadership positions at higher and middle levels, as well as staff roles or higher-level advisory positions in non-profit organizations and public institutions.

Career Prospects

Graduates of the program can find employment opportunities across a wide range of organizations in the non-profit sector, such as associations, federations, or advocacy groups, as well as in the public sector—administrative bodies, district authorities, municipalities, international organizations, and public enterprises. Additionally, graduates of the Master’s program have the option to obtain the “EAN Certificate for Executives in Long-Term Care 2021+” with minimal additional effort. This certification qualifies them to manage nursing homes according to the standards of the European Association of Care Home Managers (EAN).
