FH-Prof. Priv.-Doz. Dr. Julian Weghuber

Julian Weghuber heads the Center of Excellence for Food Technology and Nutrition at the Upper Austrian University of Applied Sciences in Wels. The focus is on both basic and applied research in the food and animal feed sector. Weghuber is responsible for numerous R&D projects with national and international partners from industry and science. He is the operational manager of the project activities of the K1 center FFoQSI (Austrian Competence Center for Feed, Food, Quality, Safety and Innovation) at the Wels site.
