Fischer Brot has been working with the Wels University of Applied Sciences for several years. As a traditional family business, this gives us the opportunity to support research into topics that are important to us and to use them for future applications. For us, practical relevance is always important, even in basic research. Another advantage is the proximity of our company to Wels University of Applied Sciences. In the bakery industry, there are still many scientific blank spots that relate to hygiene and product safety issues as well as production technology. We think in terms of generations and are therefore also interested in long-term partnerships.
