Studying and living in Linz Accomodation

The University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria does not own any student accommodation, but there are several student dormitories in and around Linz, usually run by different private or non-profit organizations. Please click here to see a list with dormitories in Linz.

Rent starts at about € 220/month. The first month's rent, and, in most cases, a security deposit must be paid before arrival.
Please note that the postal code 4020 indicates the city centre (probably a preferred location).

Besides, it is quite common among Austrian students to rent a private flat and share it with several other students. Advertisements can be found on the Students' Association website or in a local newspaper.

Please note, that in case of admission, it is generally the students' responsibility to take care of housing arrangements.
