Application and Admission

You can upload your application online . You will need to submit:

Step 1 of application:

• Letter of motivation (objectives, career aspirations, personal interests and plans)
• Curriculum Vitae
• University entrance certificate (A-Levels, High School Diploma, School leaving certificate, ...)
• last two Transcript of records (University entrance qualification)
• Copy of your Passport

Step 2 of application - in case of admission:

• Copy Birth Certificate 
• Photo

Additionally for international applications:

• Legalized documents: University entrance certificate, last two transcript of records
   
• German Language Certificate: at least Level B2.
  Applicants should have German language skills at level B2 at the time of application.

Application deadlines

31 January • 31 March • 31 June

Applications received by the respective application deadline will be processed immediately. You will receive an invitation to the admission interview by post in due time.

Admission Dates

The 2025 admission interviews will take place on the following days:

• 19.2. - 20.2.2025
• 16.4. - 17.4.2025
• 17.6. - 18.6.2025
• 23.7.2025
• 03.9.2025

With a large number of applicants, the appointment can also take place on the following days.
