Logistics management for success

After completing the ILM course, you will take on project and management tasks within the entire value chain, i.e. from procurement to sales.

Typical tasks are Conducting negotiations with suppliers, partners and internal company departments; designing logistics procedures and processes and their continuous improvement; planning and controlling the supply chain from the customer via your own company to the suppliers; international project management; developing innovative logistics concepts; redesigning and processing existing processes with a view to greater sustainability (e.g. European Green Deal) or advising internal company departments or partners in logistics. The training ensures long-term benefits and flexibility by combining specialist know-how in several areas with business knowledge. Internationality is practiced through a mandatory semester abroad (full-time), English lectures and intensive training with English case studies.
