Please carefully review the Author Guidelines before submitting your contribution. Adhering to these instructions is essential to ensure a smooth review process and inclusion in the conference proceedings. Submissions that do not follow the required format or style may not be considered for publication.
Individual talks will be organized in thematic sessions with 2 to 4 presentations. They should not exceed 20 minutes, so that 10 minutes will be left for discussions (30 minutes for each talk in total).
Paper symposium
3 or 4 talks can be submitted within a common subject of a symposium. Symposia are scheduled for 90 minutes. Symposia are submitted with an overall abstract plus the 3-4 individual abstracts.
Poster presentation
Please consider DIN A0 portrait format (width 84.1 cm, height 118.9 cm). Please also provide some handouts of your poster and be present at the corresponding time for questions and answers regarding your research.
There is only a limited number of slots for oral presentations and symposia. Therefore, the organizers reserve the right to arrange submissions to sessions or symposia or to change oral presentations to poster presentations, if necessary.
Procedures
Before submitting, please carefully read these guidelines.
There are three formats of submissions: oral paper presentations, paper symposia and poster presentations. Regardless of category, only one submission will be considered for each first author. During the submission process some presenters will be asked to chair sessions.
For the submissions you need to prepare the following information:
Names of all co-authors
E-Mails of all co-authors
Affiliation organization of all co-authors
Title of the presentation
Abstracts (max. 300 words)
Language of presentations: The conference language is English.
Abstract requirements for both oral presentations and posters: Abstracts (max. 300 words) for oral presentations and posters should contain sufficient information about (1) the theoretical background, (2) the research aim(s) or question(s), (3) the methods used, (4) the results, and (5) the implications of the study presented. Please provide also a short, concise title, max. five key words and author’s information, including affiliation and email address.
