Instructions: Activate your Club Card
Once you have downloaded the app to your phone, you can create your Club Card straight away. You can do this with a few simple taps:
- Start the app and tap the plus in the top right-hand corner.
- Tap on the magnifying glass and enter "Alumni Club FH OÖ".
- Select the Club Card and skip the scanning process.
- Enter your club number in the "Info" section.
- Confirm by tapping the tick in the top right-hand corner.
Why do I need a club number?
We automatically assign a new number when you join. It serves to identify you as a member beyond doubt. You need the Club number to take advantage of certain benefits and to log in to the Club Lounge. As your Club number is very important, we ask that you memorize it well or install the digital Club Card and save it there.
Where can I find the club number?
You will find your club number in the following documents:
- in the welcome e-mail you receive after activating your Club account (shortly after joining)
- in your membership fee invoice (once by e-mail, at the beginning of the year)
- in your request to update your data (once by e-mail, at the end of the year)
- in our monthly newsletter (at the very end, before you leave)
Alternatively, you can ask us for your club number at any time by sending an e-mail to alumni@fh-ooe.at.
How do I activate the vouchers?
These rules apply to codes of limited quantity:
- The first step is to create a user account with the relevant service.
- As soon as the account is activated, go back to the Club Card and tap on [redeem] in the offer.
- If codes/vouchers are still available, the message "Voucher successfully redeemed" will appear.
ATTENTION: Please write down the code immediately or take a screenshot of it. It cannot be retrieved a second time!
- The code is automatically copied to your phone's clipboard after it has been redeemed. Now tap on [open website].
- Log in with your account. You will then be asked to enter your activation/voucher code.
- When you tap [done], a warning will appear again that the code cannot be retrieved again. If the redemption did not work, write down the code quickly or take a screenshot of it.
PLEASE NOTE: Once a code has been redeemed, it is irretrievably lost and cannot be requested again by e-mail.
