Katrina Pichlmayer (27) completed her Bachelor's and Master's degree at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria in Steyr, both with distinction in the field of “Controlling, Accounting and Financial Management”. Born in Styria, she received the KPMG Award for the best financial master's thesis as part of her master's degree and was awarded the Chimney Award as the best bachelor's student in her degree program.
She began her career as a trainee in controlling at Greiner Assistec GmbH in St. Gallen, where she subsequently worked as a junior controller. After further positions, including at Raiffeisenlandesbank NÖ-Wien and Geomix GmbH, she has been working as a Group Controller at Greiner AG since May 2021. There she is responsible for Group controlling and reporting for a division as well as for managing and implementing projects to digitalize and improve planning processes.
