As part of their assignment, the project team from the Bachelor's program in Process Management andBusinessIntelligence, led by Simon Hengstschläger, conducted a current-state process analysis of the central core processes. The business processes were realized in the form of detailed process briefs and models using the Adonis tool. The successful implementation led to improved transparency and control of business processes, ensuring quality standards and consistent adherence.
During the final presentation at the headquarters of CAD-T in Ansfelden, the project performance over the last 3½ months was presented. In front of CAD-T CEO Martina Schwarz, students Petar Cvijetinovic, Alexander Gierlinger, Simon Hengstschläger, Katharina Pißermayr, Michael Rötzer, Thomas Schwarz, and Julian Strasser (group photo ;-)) presented the project results. Martina Schwarz acknowledged and accepted the project performance with approval.
Michael Menapace, Head of Sales at CAD-T, reported the following: "Our recently conducted project work in collaboration with the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, Campus Steyr, and the program 'Process Management andBusinessIntelligence' has impressively demonstrated the added value that process management and modeling offer to our continuously growing international company. The successful visualization of current-state processes has illustrated the benefits of workflow automation for future-state processes in specific areas and has shown cost-saving potentials."
