Successful company project by PMBI students at SWARCO AG
In the previous summer semester, the project team from the "Process Management andBusinessIntelligence" course completed a pioneering company project at SWARCO AG.
Under the leadership of Mrs. Sarah Schwaiger, the project team successfully tackled challenging tasks, including the capture and modeling of business processes within the Lines of Businessand providing support to individual departments in their modeling efforts. The achieved successes were presented at an impressive final presentation at SWARCO Traffic World and received recognition from the SWARCO board, represented by Mr. Günther Köfler. Harald Haselbacher-Gattringer, Head of Integrated Management Systems at the SWARCO Group, emphasized the importance of the partnership and collaboration with FH Steyr, praised the dedication of the students, and highlighted the pioneering work of the project, which laid the foundation for process innovation within the group. Project supervisor Harald Dobernig emphasized the successful integration of theory and practice. The students effectively applied their expertise in a business context, while the open collaboration and integration into the SWARCO holding shaped the project.
