As there are sometimes misunderstandings regarding payment, we would like to provide some information at this point:
A menu includes a mixed juice drink from the fruit syrup dispenser, a soup OR salad and the respective main course. (Additional salad or soup extra available.)
A plate of the day is the main course of the respective menu.

Who we are

We are a socio-economic enterprise of the FAB (a company of the BBRZ Group) and work on behalf of the AMS Upper Austria and the province of Upper Austria with the aim of qualifying temporary transit employees and supporting them in their job search on the primary labor market.

The training and qualification of transit employees takes place at these workplaces on the basis of practical work in the kitchen, in service and in event catering. The training is led by qualified specialist supervisors and supported by our social education worker.

The philosophy of our company is to offer students, UAS staff and external guests varied, healthy and tasty lunch menus.

Our philosophy in the area of food and drink is as follows:

• Inclusion of seasonal offerings in the vegetable and salad sector (fresh produce)
• Fresh fruit is offered by the piece. Offer according to season. E.G: Oranges, apples, pears, bananas, ...
• We would particularly like to point out that we also offer dairy products such as yoghurt or Latella.
• Our wide range of non-alcoholic drinks is complemented by various coffee creations such as "Latte Macchiato, Cappuccino".
