• 35 two-bedroom shared apartments

• 1 four-bedroom shared apartment

All shared apartments feature a kitchenette with dining area, bathroom, and separate WC.

Kolping House

The Kolpinghaus in Steyr offers 58 modern rooms:

• Standard Single Room (2 single rooms share a common hallway and bathroom/WC, approximately 40 m²)
• Comfort Single Room (Private bathroom/WC, approximately 16 m²)
• Extra Single Room (Private bathroom/WC, 22-30 m²)
• Double Room (2 people per room, 24-30 m²)
• Maisonette for 2 people
• Maisonette as a Single Room

Registrations are processed in the order they are received, so it is better to register sooner rather than later!

Student Dormitory Steyr

"More than just a roof over your head"

The Student Dormitory Steyr offers modernly furnished single and double rooms, each with a private bathroom and toilet, an anteroom with a refrigerator. In addition, there are numerous leisure facilities such as a sports field, fitness room, pool table, table tennis, library, etc.

The residence fee is to be paid 10 times per year (for a full academic year) or 5 times (for a semester). It can be booked either without meals or with half board.
Daily rental is also possible upon request (subject to availability) for single, double, triple, or quadruple rooms.

• Meals: Half board (breakfast buffet, choice of two different lunch menus including soup and salad); lunch can also be consumed in the evening.
• Cleaning: Regular cleaning of the entire living unit by our professional cleaning team.
• Leisure Facilities: Outdoor court for soccer, volleyball, or basketball; fitness room with various equipment; table tennis and pool; common room with TV and library; HTL gymnasium (indoor sports every Tuesday from 6:30 PM).
• Amenities: Internet access and cable TV connection available; shared kitchen on each floor and a private refrigerator in each room.
  Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
