Gene expression analysis (qPCR)

The CFX Touch and CFX Connect cyclers with CFX96 Real-Time module are precise and flexible real-time PCR systems. The devices allow sensitive gene expression analyses of a wide range of starting products such as cell lysates, model organisms (C. elegans, D. melanogaster), tissue samples or food. This means that influences on selected parameters (e.g. heat stress, inflammation, oxidative stress, carcinogenicity, toxicity, etc.) of various substances, such as phytogenic agents, can be tested and quantified in vivo and in vitro.

Bertin sample homogenizer

With the help of the Precellys Evolution, a wide variety of samples can be homogenized under standardized conditions within a very short time. The DNase and RNase-free tubes contain beads in different sizes and hardnesses, allowing optimum sample digestion for any sample hardness. In combination with a cold trap, the degradation of thermosensitive molecules can be actively prevented.
