As Vice President of Quality & Diversity, Dr. Regina Aichinger MSc is responsible for quality development and management in the areas of maintenance-related process architecture, conducting institutional audits, and coordinating certification and accreditation procedures. She is also responsible for university-wide gender and diversity management.
Vice President Digitalization and Marketing

Dr. Andreas Auinger is responsible for the two central areas of digitalization and marketing at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria. The digitalization department focuses on the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital strategy with an emphasis on the digitalization of academic operations, digital innovation and technologies, and the use of modern, digital learning environments and tools. In the area of marketing and communication, the focus is on the strategic positioning of the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, the management of marketing, salesand event management, the further development of the digital presence and digital marketing, the management of campaign management, and the optimization and use of digital channels to address new target groups.

As Vice President of Research & Development, Dr. Johann Kastner leads the operational activities in R&D at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria and is responsible for implementing strategic guidelines in this area. He coordinates and participates in the development of the R&D strategy at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria. As Vice President, he is responsible for implementing the necessary measures for
the content-related and resource-related equipping and further development of R&D, as well as
the professional, scientific, and personal development of R&D employees.
