Exciting company field trip for electricalengineering students
Wels – As part of the seminar “Intercultural Competence for the Workplace,” FH Upper Austria Wels Campus once again organized two company excursions this semester for students of the international ElectricalEngineering program.
The initiative aims to prepare students for their upcoming three-month internships and support their transition into the Austrian labor market. By engaging directly with industry, participants gain practical insights and valuable intercultural experience.
The visits were hosted by Sprecher AutomationandFronius Austria, who provided guided tours, shared expertise, and engaged in discussions with the students. The university expressed its appreciation for the companies’ commitment and willingness to connect with future professionals.
The program continues to play a key role in helping students apply their knowledge in real-world settings and build successful careers in Upper Austria.
