Getting started with myUAP is quick and easy.

  1. Download the app
    Download myUAP from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and install it on your smartphone.
  2. Log in with your FH credentials
    Log in using your personal login credentials for FH OÖ | University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria.
  3. Set Your personal preferences
    Select your language and enable the push notifications you want.
  4. Explore the content
    Open the app’s main sections and explore your personal academic information, schedules, assignments, and campus services.

Transition and Migration

Starting in September 2026, myUAP will become the central app for students at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria (FH OÖ) | University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria (UAP).

The Studo Pro license will expire at the end of 2026.

myUAP accesses the connected systems of FH OÖ | University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria. Once the respective systems have been updated, changes and new information are also displayed in the app.

Can I customize my notifications?

Push notifications can be enabled for relevant topics and events or customized in the settings.

How secure is my personal information?

The protection of personal data is a top priority. Access is provided through the personal login portal of FH OÖ | University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, and the application is operated in compliance with applicable data protection and security requirements.

What can I do if information is missing or displayed incorrectly?

First, update the app and then reopen it. If the problem persists, you can submit a ticket directly through myUAP to the IT Service Desk at FH OÖ | University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria.  It is available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. by phone at +43 5 0804 15000 and by email at servicedesk@fh-ooe.at. Please describe as precisely as possible which information is missing or being displayed incorrectly.

Will myUAP be expanded with additional features in the future?

Yes, myUAP is being continuously developed. Additional academic and campus services can be integrated on an ongoing basis to tailor the app even more closely to students' needs.

In which languages is myUAP available?

The app is designed for use in German and English. This allows international students to access the relevant content as well.
