Exchange students can only select courses from one campus, not from all four Schools of the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria. This should be the campus your home university is cooperating with and has nominated you for exchange.

You are then, however, not considered an exchange student and your application needs to follow the general application procedure for degree-seeking students.
