The platform is currently only available in German. An English version is in the works.

FH Upper Austria assumes no liability for the apartments or rooms listed. We reserve the right to reject or delete individual listings if their content, origin, or technical format appears questionable.

We process the data you provide exclusively for the purpose of offering the free FH Upper Austria Housing Platform service (posting, offering, and requesting housing). Your data will not be shared with external recipients and will be deleted upon request at any time. Further information on data protection can be found here.

This platform is intended solely as an information resource and is a voluntary, free service.

Legal Basis

Providing the FH Upper Austria Housing Platform requires processing your personal data to fulfill a contract in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. If you wish to offer a property, submitting your data and registering on the platform is mandatory to ensure secure service delivery (e.g., preventing automated spam listings). Without providing this data, you can only view listings, not create your own.

Your personal data will be automatically deleted after 3 years of inactivity.
