How It Works

1. Create Your Listing

Fill out the form and include all key details:

• Location
• Size
• Price
• Photos

2. Get Email Confirmation

After submitting, you’ll receive:

• A confirmation email
• A deletion link (remove your listing anytime)

3. Reach Students

Once approved, your listing appears on the platform and can be found by FH Upper Austria students.

Important for Wels Properties

For security reasons, listings in Wels are published only after:
