The video tutorials will give you an overview of the various systems at Campus Wels that you will need for your studies. With this offer we would like to make it easier for you to get started with important information systems at the Wels campus.

In the video tutorials "Matriculation number" and "Password" you will receive information about your personal account. Your personal account gives you access to the IT services on Campus Wels.

In Levis - the course information system - you can call up your timetable and information about your examinations.

All students automatically receive a students e-mail address. This can be accessed via webmail.

Moodle is the e-learning platform of the Wels campus. Here you can find lecture notes and information about the courses.

The video tutorial Webdrive shows you how to access the drives on campus.

The University of Applied Sciences offers you free W-LAN access on the Wels campus. This means that you can also access the Internet outside the IT rooms.

The library is located on the third floor of the campus. One of the library's services is convenient online research.

You can access your print account via the Printaccount website.

IT Service Desk

The IT department at the Wels campus endeavors to ensure that the IT infrastructure operates as smoothly as possible. Unfortunately, in a complex IT infrastructure such as that of the FH Upper Austria Campus Wels, malfunctions do occur from time to time. In addition, it also happens from time to time that users forget passwords or need other assistance. For this purpose, the IT department at the Wels campus has set up a service desk number.

These mails are read daily and processed as soon as possible. However, only mails with a relevant sender (i.e. no anonymous mails) will be processed.
