"The healthcare system after Corona - a turning point with consequences": Management talk with Dr. Franz Harnoncourt, CEO of the largest hospital operator in Upper Austria Thursday, June 6, 6 p.m , FH Upper Austria Campus Steyr
The healthcare system has been in a state of upheaval for all of us since coronavirus at the latest and is facing significant challenges and opportunities, not least as a result of demographic, sociological and rapid technological changes.
Dr. Franz Harnoncourt, a leading expert in the Austrian healthcare sector, provides insights into the socio-political forces shaping today's healthcare system. He sheds light on how demographic shifts - from the ageing of baby boomers to the entry of Generation Z into the labor market and healthcare system - are necessitating new approaches for both patients and staff. Digitalization is discussed as an indispensable driving force and a fixed framework condition. It is crucial for increasing quality and efficiency, but also entails considerable investment and far-reaching structural changes.
The Management Talk is a rare opportunity to learn first-hand how leading figures in the healthcare sector are responding to the dynamic changes in technology and society and shaping the future of medical care in Upper Austria.
