How did you become aware of the FH Upper Austria for a cooperation?

I got to know Prof. Heimo Losbichler (as chief controller, trainer for controllers) and did a workshop with him in the early 2000s. I was very impressed by his mindset and his message “if you don't roll up your sleeves, you'll go bankrupt”.

What do you think is the strength of the FH Upper Austria?

The strength of the FH Upper Austria lies in the choice of professors, who in my view are ambitious, contribute their expertise and make a great effort to teach the students something.

What advantages do you as a company gain from the cooperation?

We benefit from specialist presentations and like to get a third opinion via the network of the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria. The University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria recognizes trends at a very early stage and finds innovative solutions.

What has changed for you in recent years?

The demands of the fast-paced world - these changed conditions mean that consulting and support activities can no longer be planned for the long term, but are carried out flexibly and at short notice.

How do you see the FH Upper Austria today?

As a model training center in Austria.

What could be improved?

I hope that companies that offer support to the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria will find qualified and capable employees even more quickly in the future.
