Bachelor's Thesis: Impact of Project Management on the Supply Chain in Plant Engineering
"My bachelor's thesis revolves around how project management can be designed in terms of approach and methodologies to improve the supply chain. Specifically, the focus was on key performance indicators such as delivery reliability, lead time, and supply security. The special aspect is certainly the concluding and final part. I had to independently develop a model to evaluate the different methodologies and ultimately verify the robustness of the results."
