Heuristic Methods and Evolutionary Algorithms (HEAL)
This research group models and optimizes tasks, especially in the areas of production and logistics. Simulationbased approaches are used in combination with heuristic optimisation methods and various data mining approaches. A special research focus in the field of intelligent data analysis is on explainable data analysis (white-box data mining).
