Visitor:
If you only want to visit the Cross-Cultural-Business Conference, please register online as participant by latest May 8, 2026.

Presenter:
If you want to present at the Cross-Cultural-Business Conference, please submit your paper or case online before registering as visitor. The (extended) deadline for providing the paper or case is February 23, 2026.

Registration fees for Visitors and Presenters

For the "Cross-Cultural Business Conference" you may choose between the packages below:

* Deadline early bird registration: April 10, 2026

-> For participants attending workshops during the conference, please ask your International Office about the availability of Erasmus+ funding.

Terms of Registration and Payment

• The registration of participation is binding.
• The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 14 days following submission of the registration.
• Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
• The conference programme may be subject to changes.
• Cancellations or changes to registrations shall be made in writing to congress@fh-ooe.at. In case of cancellation until April 10th, 2026, 100% of the registration fee will be reimbursed. No refund will be issued after April 10th, 2026 or if the participant fails to show up.
• Payments (only registration fee) will be refunded if the conference will be cancelled by the organiser. In that case, the organiser will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
• If the congress has already started and arrival or departure is not possible due to force majeure, your participation fees and any costs incurred will NOT be refunded or reimbursed.

Pictures will be taken during the event. We point out that the pictures taken during this event may be published.
