Contributors are welcome to choose the submission format that best fits their research stage and interests. Whether you wish to present a full paper, work-in-progress, case study, workshop or tech demo, or take part in student-focused formats, the conference offers flexible opportunities for sharing ideas, gaining feedback, and engaging with an international academic and professional audience.
Full Research Paper (double-blind review): 5–10 pages (plus references). Intended for mature empirical/theoretical work. Accepted papers may be invited to special issues or edited volumes.
Extended Abstract / Work-in-Progress: 800–1,200 words. For early projects, pilot studies or ideas you want feedback on. Useful for interactive sessions or poster presentation.
Case Study (with teaching note, double-blind review): case manuscript plus teaching note (learning objectives, discussion questions, suggested classroom use). Cases can be presented in dedicated teaching sessions and considered for case collections.
Workshop / Tutorial Proposal: 1-page description of format, learning outcomes, duration, and required resources (interactive teacher training, lab demonstration, AI in teaching etc.).
