Terms of contract
Here you will find all the information you need to know when booking a fee-based profile type in the Career Zone. These relate to the duration of contracts, the scope of services of the profiles and the conditions of contract creation*.
Contracts that you request via the online form, , will be created within 30 days of receipt of your order and sent to you by e-mail. From this point in time, you have six weeks to return the contract as a company-signed PDF or JPG file (digital or hand-signed) to careerzone@fh-ooe.at.
The term of small and large business accounts is 12 months, with 28.11.2024 being defined as the start of the contract without exception. The right of use for the Recruiter Profile Plus also ends on 27.11.2025, whereby the period of use begins on the day the contract is signed.
CV database: optional service from fall 2024
Please also note that access to the CV database will no longer be included in the large business account in future. This can be added for €600 per year if required.
If you are a partner of the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria and you book a small or large business account, you will be granted free access to the CV database until November 27, 2025. All companies that are main members of the FH Wels Sponsors' Association, the FH Hagenberg Sponsors' Association or exhibitors at this year's FH Upper Austria career fairs or have a valid room sponsorship at a campus of the FH Upper Austria are considered partners of the FH Upper Austria.
Recruitment agencies may book all fee-based profile types, but are not granted access to the CV database. The exception also applies if they are exhibitors at the career fairs.
Terms of payment: Invoicing only in 2025
For all contracts that will be set up in 2024, invoicing will take place in the first quarter of 2025. For all contracts that will be set up in 2025, invoicing will take place within 14 days of signing the contract. Together with the invoice, you will also receive the countersigned contract for your file and the link to create a profile. In the event of a delay in payment of several weeks, chargeable profiles will be temporarily deactivated or permanently deleted.
*NOTE: Please note that the issuing of contracts involves processing costs. This will be charged at a flat rate of €100 (plus VAT) if a contract has been created and submitted following an order via this form, but the contract has to be canceled (either by you or us). It is therefore essential that you ask any unanswered questions about our payable profile types before placing an order.
If a contract is validly concluded, we will of course not charge a flat rate for creating the contract.
