International studies in Austria are not just about work
One of the perks of international studies is making friends from all over the world. After graduating from the “Automotive Mechatronics & Management” master’s degree, Esteban from Colombia and Felix from Upper Austria enjoyed their summer traveling Europe.
Mallorca was a particular highlight. Besides some partying, sightseeing and lying on the beach, they realized that this is the only place in the world where both can speak their native language!
Esteban Gamez will now continue his work at ZKW Elektronik GmbH as a Requirements Engineer. He shares his thoughts about AMM: “I highly recommend the AMM program to all students interested in learning and working for the future of the automotive industry. The tools taught in the program are very modern and future oriented and this is an aspect that is essential in this constantly evolving industry.”
Felix Kubinger will start his career as a Development Engineer for Mobile Control Units in the R&D department at Pöttinger Landtechnik GmbH. His statement about AMM: “I liked the cultural mixture from all over the globe. Companies honored the gained work experience during my master's degree.”
Both praised the well-adjusted combination of theoretical and practical classes of this master’s degree program. More information on the newly adapted curriculum is available at: Curriculum - Master - Automotive Mechatronics and Management - Campus Wels
The entire AMM faculty wishes all graduates a relaxing summer and a successful start to their professional careers!
