There are two students and one female student living in the shared flat next to me, all of whom are studying at the FH and are very friendly and helpful. :)

>> a washing machine in the corridor in front of the flat, which can be used unlimitedly for a one-time fee.

>> a bathroom with underfloor heating, bathtub and shower, a large washbasin with a wall cabinet above the washbasin and a separate WC.

>> A spacious entrance area, which offers each resident their own wall cupboard compartment with plenty of storage space for jackets, cleaning materials, suitcases and many other bulky items.

>> A rubbish service that empties the large bins for the flat share.

The flat is located on the 2nd floor of the building with plenty of parking on the street and is a few minutes by bike and 15 minutes on foot from the FH. There is also a Spar, Unimarkt, BIPA and a bus stop just a few minutes' walk away, so you have everything you need for student life :-)
