Social Leadership featuring Supply Chain Management
As part of the subject "Social Leadership", the task was set to promote the Master's degree program in Supply Chain Management to the public.
The aim is to familiarize a broad audience with the term "supply chain management" and the associated tasks. The approach, the project content and the group assignments were left up to the students. The prerequisite is that the implementation takes into account the KEU methods learned.
This task led to the cooperation between the Steyr-based company "Buburuza Eis" and the SCM Master's students. The students from Steyr agreed on a specific question: "How can we highlight the importance of supply chain management in society and at the same time create added value for Buburuza Eis?"
To solve this problem, a video was recorded that combines the topics of supply chain management and ice cream production. This video was then broadcast on various social media channels, where a joint sales day was also advertised. There was also a competition on this day.
