The project at a glance: Light on new customer acquisition for Ledvance
In collaboration with Ledvance, a renowned manufacturer of light sources, LED lamps and smart luminaires, the mission was clearly defined: To develop marketing measures for identification and conception in order to acquire new customers in the area of lead generation. The focus was particularly on addressing target groups in the B2B sector.
The basis for the marketing strategies was a comprehensive analysis, supported by qualitative interviews with key people from the target group and a quantitative survey. Targeted measures were derived from these findings in order to effectively tackle the challenge of customer acquisition. Following an in-depth analysis, additional marketing measures were developed to address other target groups such as lighting planners, electrical installers and more as part of the lead generation process. Communication can take place via various channels, with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest being used as tools to convey inspiration in the field of light and lighting design.
This impressive achievement underlines not only the commitment and professional expertise of the students, but also the practical orientation of the course.
Congratulations to the entire team for this outstanding achievement and the well-deserved recognition at "Research meets Practice"! We are proud of your success and look forward to more impressive projects from the talented student body at our university.
