Info-Event for your perfect start to campus life
On October 1, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM, the Freshers' Fair will take place on our campus, jointly organized by the Hagenberg Faculty and the Student Union (ÖH) of the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria.
This event offers first-semester students, as well as all interested students, the opportunity to learn about the various services provided by FH OÖ and Hagenberg in a relaxed atmosphere. In the FH2 building (levels 0-2), booths will be available from Equipment Rental, our Teaching and Learning Center, Careers Center, Alumni Club, Hagenberg Study Programs Support Association, International Office, Diversity & Inclusion Department, Administration, Marketing, the Student Union (ÖH), the Sports Club, the Hagenberg Circle for Digital Security, our Makerspace, the Campina Band, as well as the municipality of Hagenberg, the Softwarepark Hagenberg and our bytewerk – Start-up Center.
The event will start at 5:00 PM with a brief welcome by the Dean, the Vice Dean and the Student Union in the Audimax lecture hall. At 6:30 PM, the Freshers' Party will follow in our Common Room (VR), where the Campina Band will perform at 7:00 PM. Party ends at 11:00 PM.
Both for the Freshers Fair and the Fresher Party, all first-semester students are warmly invited! We look forward to seeing many of you there.
