The Creativity Challenge, as part of the Diversity Day at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, was held under the motto ‘Managing Diversity’.

The Creativity Challenge, as part of the Diversity Day at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, was held under the motto ‘Managing Diversity’. Out of all the submissions, six made it to the final at the event.
Eva Alminana Urruela, an employee at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria in Steyr, took the top spot on the winners' podium with her picture ‘Crucial Point’.
Second place went to BG Werndlpark with their photo ‘One frame many stories’, while Elisa Dietachmair took third place with her picture “Nexus”. Andrea Mayer with her ‘Diversity Tree‘shared fourth place with Matteo Meysel's ‘Medchen nicht erlaubt’ (Girls not allowed). Anna-Lena Fallmann completed the top five with her self-written song ‘What about love?!’.
Diversity Day and the Creativity Challenge were organised by the Gender & Diversity Management Conference at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria. This time, the organisers were Campus Steyr members Silke Preymann, Lisa-Maria Putz-Egger and Margarethe Überwimmer.
