Well-being walk – take a break, recharge and connect

When: Every Monday 28.4., 5.5., 19.5., 26.5., 2.6., 16.6. und 23.6.2025, 1:00 – 2:00 PM

Where: Hochschulfondsgebäude der JKU, in front of the building

Who: Open to all students – internationals and locals (inputs will be in English)

What to expect:

• A short input or exercise on mindfulness or self-care to start
• Walking in small groups
• Light conversation prompts to inspire exchange
• A relaxed, pressure-free space to recharge
