Sara Colecchi: As a guest student in the master's program Medical Engineering

Sara Colecchi is originally from Roccaraso and she is studying at the Universita Politecnica delle Marche, located in the italian city of Ancona. For the last year, she has been joining the master degree programme "Medical Engineering" on Linz Campus.

A few weeks before she is going to leave Linz again, Sara gave us answers to some questions:

Why did you choose to study at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria?

Ho scelto di studiare all'Università di Scienze Applicate dell'Alta Austria perché credo sia un centro internazionale altamente competitivo per lo studio dei dispositivi medici. Inoltre, l'istituzione offre molte attività pratiche interessanti ed esperienze di programmazione.

I have chosen to study at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria because I believe it is a highly competitive international hub for the study of medical devices. Besides the institution offers many practical activities of interest and programming experience.

All in all, how would you describe your study experience at FH Upper Austria?

L’esperienza di studio all’FH dell’Alta Austria è stata impegnativa e per certi aspetti complessa. Ma allo stesso tempo è stata stimolante, coinvolgente e la ripeterei mille altre volte. Ho potuto fare esperienza, ho ampliato i miei orizzonti e avuto la possibilità di conoscere persone eccezionali.

The study experience at the FH Upper Austria was challenging and in some aspects complex. But at the same time, it was stimulating and engaging, and I would do it a thousand times over. I gained experience, expanded my horizons, and had the opportunity to meet exceptional people.
